We at HellasCar recognize the importance of protecting your personal
information (such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and other
contact information) that you provide to HellasCar. This Privacy Policy
sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your
personal information both through our online and offline operations. The
following Privacy Policy explains how Ride N Drive gathers and uses personal
information that is provided by our customers.
HellasCar is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We do not rent or
sell our customer database or newsletter subscriber list to third parties. We do
not share customer information in ways different from what is disclosed in this
statement.

Collection of Data

We collect certain personally identifiable information from you in certain areas
of our web sites for a limited number of specific purposes. These purposes
include assisting you with reserving, renting and leasing motor vehicles,
providing information concerning car sales, ride-sharing, fleet services,
conducting other transactions, and providing you with other information and
opportunities and services that may be of interest to you. We ask for your name,
email address, birth date, birth place, name, maiden name, company name, license
date, license issue, home address, home town, home zip code, home country code,
residence, telephone number, job. This helps us to process your booking, to
contact you if we have any problems with your request or to send you an
electronic confirmation of the booking. We require that you obtain a user name
and password to log on to certain portions of our web site. We gather this
information from our web site and share this with our licensees who will provide
you the vehicle.
When you rent a vehicle, we will also record information that details your
rental (e.g. where you rented the vehicle, where and when you returned the
vehicle, type of vehicle and other information related to the vehicle).
You may choose not to provide some of your Personal Information to us, but this
may prevent us from providing our services to you, or limit our ability to
provide you with the level of service that you would otherwise expect from us.
IP Addresses: HellasCar uses IP addresses to analyze trends,
administer our web site, and help diagnose problems with our servers. IP
addresses are also used to gather broad demographic information and to prevent,
investigate, and take actions in the case of suspected fraud or abuse.
Cookies: A cookie is a small piece of data that a web server places on a
user's computer. A "cookie" is a set of data that a website server stores on
your computer. Cookies enable websites to recognize your computer and to
"remember" your entries as you move from page to page, or even when you revisit
the site from time to time using the same computer. Cookies stored on your

you may have supplied in the e-mail with respect to a customer service question

HellasCar does not solicit personal information from children. We abide
